- All my products can be made from any of the listed wood species.
- All exotic wood species have been sustainably harvested under the guidelines of the Rainforest Alliance (see information under “Sustainable Forestry”)
- All domestic wood species have been sustainably harvested. When available I use woods harvested by local tree services that would otherwise have been cut up for firewood or mulched. I also sometimes find beautiful reclaimed lumber sources stashed away here in the South.
- Other wood species are available by special request.
- I am able to customize and to personalize any product upon request. Customization will be billed at my hourly rate. - All wood species are subject to market pressures and fluctuations for both availability and for price. Some exotic species have become very expensive and difficult to obtain because of global supply-chain disruptions and market uncertainties.
- Prices are subject to change without warning.
- I am doing everything I can to keep my prices accessible and the quality of my work at the highest level. I use only the best materials I can obtain. I make every effort to source my materials from American manufacturers. My work is guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship: If you are not satisfied with your purchase or if it fails you because of my craftsmanship please contact me and I will work with you to make it right.
- TERMS OF SALE: When we have agreed upon a price for your project, I will ask you to pay the a deposit of 50% of the listed base price of the design you have chosen. When I have completed your project I will email photos to you of the completed project for your approval and you will then pay the balance of the negotiated price (including taxes and shipping costs). When our transaction has been completed I will ship your completed project to you by the most efficient carrier.
- If you choose not to accept the completed project and we cannot resolve any issues that may have arisen, I will keep the project and the 50% payment for my invested time. There can be no refunds on customized or personalized projects.
- All commissions are done on a “first-come-first-served” basis. If I have a back order there may be a significant delay in your receiving your project. Please take this possibility into account when commissioning an order, especially during holiday seasons.
